This 600 pound pocket door was made from hundreds of hand cut sections of plywood that were then laminated together. It has several runs of 1/4” patina’d cold rolled steel window openings that have satin etched privacy glass allowing for light to move through the space. There are several wood, copper, stainless steel, and hard maple inlay details.

This door is 100% hand made from raw stock materials. This 3” thick pivot door has an insulated steel 1/4” steel framework with a 3’4” thick African Mahogany facade front and back. The side light is made of Patina’d cold rolled steel. The window inserts are hot 1/4” thick hot rolled steel boxes with dual pane satin etched glass inserts for privacy and light passage.
